I got stormed out of the second half of my workout today.  I knew it was coming, but I still tried.  I didn't even attempt to make it out to the outdoor pool.  My gamble paid off.  I did manage to get about 1500 meters in.  I worked really hard on my breast stroke today.  I did a lot of Breastroke Separation Drills.  They really do teach you how to "ride the glide" effectively.  Check it out:
My short swim today was just like a teaser!  Now, I can't wait to get back into the pool tomorrow!
